Welcome to TTTEDDEL ("we," "us," "our"). We provide an online platform and live virtual events designed to help individuals in Kenya find meaningful connections. By accessing our website, applying for, or participating in any of our events (the "Services"), you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions (the "Terms").

Please read these Terms carefully. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use our Services.

1. Acceptance of Terms & Eligibility

  • Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age to use our Services. By creating an account or participating in an event, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
  • Verification: We require all members to undergo a basic verification process to promote a safe community. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration and application process. Providing false information may result in the immediate termination of your account without a refund.
  • Agreement: Your use of our Services constitutes your full agreement to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any other rules or guidelines posted on our website.

2. Description of Service

TTTEDDEL provides weekly live, curated, online dating events ("Sessions"). These sessions are designed for specific age groups where a set number of participants ("Bees" and "Honeys") can interact in a structured and moderated environment to find a potential match.

3. User Conduct and Responsibilities

You agree to use our Services responsibly and in a manner that is respectful to other users and our staff. You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
  • Harass, intimidate, bully, or cause distress to any other participant or moderator.
  • Post or share content that is defamatory, obscene, pornographic, abusive, or that infringes upon the rights of others.
  • Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.
  • Share personal contact information of other users without their explicit consent.
  • Record, screenshot, or otherwise capture any part of a live Session without our express written permission.
  • Use the service for any commercial solicitation or spam.

Violation of this Code of Conduct will lead to immediate removal from the Session and may result in a permanent ban from all future Services without a refund.

4. Payments, Refunds, and Cancellations

We are committed to providing a high-quality, curated experience, which requires significant upfront planning and resource allocation. Therefore, our payment and refund policy is as follows:

  • Non-Refundable Payments: All fees paid for participating in a TTTEDDEL Session are strictly non-refundable. Once a payment is made, it cannot be returned for any reason, including but not limited to, dissatisfaction with the event, failure to find a match, or removal from a Session due to a violation of our Terms.
  • Missed Sessions: Your booking is for a specific, dated Session. If you fail to attend your scheduled Session for any reason, a deduction of 50% of the fee you paid for that specific session will be forfeited. This fee covers the administrative costs and the opportunity cost of the slot you reserved.
  • Rollover Credit for Missed Sessions: The remaining 50% of the fee from a missed session can be used as a credit ("Rollover Credit") towards a future Session. This credit must be used within 90 days from the date of the originally missed Session, after which it will expire. To use your Rollover Credit, you must contact our support team at info@e-ict.co.ke.
  • Excess Payments: In the event of an overpayment or if you have a remaining balance after applying a credit, this excess amount will be held as Rollover Credit on your account and can be applied to your next booking under the same 90-day validity period.
  • Cancellation by TTTEDDEL: We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a Session at our sole discretion due to unforeseen circumstances or insufficient participant numbers. In such an event, you will be offered the choice of a full Rollover Credit for a future session or a full refund to your original payment method.

5. Safety and In-Person Meetings

TTTEDDEL is a platform for introductions. We do not conduct criminal background checks on our users. Your safety is your personal responsibility.

  • Disclaimer of Liability: You are solely responsible for your interactions, both online and offline, with other users. You understand and agree that TTTEDDEL is not responsible for the conduct of any user and shall not be liable for any damages whatsoever, whether direct, indirect, general, special, compensatory, or consequential, arising out of or relating to your conduct or the conduct of anyone else in connection with the use of our Services. This includes, without limitation, bodily injury, emotional distress, and/or any other damages resulting from communications or meetings with other users.
  • Safety Recommendations: We strongly advise you to exercise caution for your own safety. When meeting a match in person for the first time:
    • Meet in a well-populated, public place (e.g., a restaurant, coffee shop, or hotel lobby) during daytime hours.
    • Inform a trusted friend or family member about your plans, including the name of your date, the location, and the expected time.
    • Arrange for your own transportation to and from the meeting.
    • Be mindful of your personal belongings.
    • We encourage you to have several public dates to build trust before becoming intimate or meeting in a private location.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including the TTTEDDEL logo, text, graphics, design, and the structure of our live events, are the exclusive property of TTTEDDEL and Ele InfoComm Technologies. You may not use, copy, reproduce, or distribute any of our intellectual property without our prior written consent.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

  • No Guarantees: We provide a platform for connection, but we make no guarantees, either express or implied, regarding your ultimate success in finding a match. Your experience is dependent on your own interactions and the mutual interest of other participants.
  • "As Is" Service: Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
  • Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, TTTEDDEL and its parent company, Ele InfoComm Technologies, shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or the inability to use the Services.

8. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of our Services at any time, for any reason, including for violating these Terms. Such termination may result in the deactivation or deletion of your account without any refund.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kenya.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
